Disney’s New Celebration Churro Features a Sprinkle-Infused Marshmallow Dipping Sauce

With Disney’s famous parks opening again, we’ve been waiting to get on the rides—and get our hands on some delicious food, of course! After trying out Disney’s copycat recipes all of last year, like this ridiculously decadent churro toffee, we’ve been keeping a close eye on Disney’s latest food innovations so we can try them in person.

Earlier this year, they launched this fried pickle corn dog with peanut butter at Disneyland, and now we hear there’s a new, very Instagram-friendly dessert on the menu.

This Churro Is Made for a Celebration

The Celebration Churro is a pretty sweet deal—in more ways than one. The classic Mexican dessert gets the birthday cake flavor treatment and comes covered in baby blue sugar, which definitely makes us think that there’s something magical about this treat. As if that’s not enough, it comes with a marshmallow dipping sauce infused with sprinkles, which might cost you a little extra—but it’s definitely worth it!

According to Disney bloggers Matt and Lee who run @code_word_disney, the churro tastes very much like a traditional churro, and the marshmallow dipping sauce makes it “deliciously sweet.” If you’re not a fan of this fried dough dessert, it might be worth getting one just to brag on the ‘gram, because just look at how pretty that is!

If you’re not going to Disneyland just yet, you can make your own Disney churros at home.

Where Can I Get It?

You can grab the Celebration Churro at Disneyland for $6, with $1 extra for the dipping sauce. Look for the churro cart in front of Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.
