Starbucks’ NEW Kiwi Starfruit Refresher Is the Sweetest Thing You’ll Sip on This Summer

This summer is all about Starbucks. We celebrated the return of the toasty S’mores Frappuccino and the debut of the all-new Pink Drink (not to mention an addition to the secret menu—Frosted Lemonade), but Starbucks didn’t stop there.

Introducing…. the Kiwi Starfruit Refresher! It’s bright green and made for poolside sipping. This may be the best Starbucks drink of 2020.

Meet Your New Go-To Refresher

Joining the ranks of Strawberry Acai, Mango Dragonfruit and Very Berry Hibiscus is the Kiwi Starfruit Refresher. The brand-new drink packs in the natural sweetness of kiwi and starfruit, topped off with freeze-dried kiwi pieces that soften as you sip. We’ve heard taste testers say the Kiwi Starfruit Refresher tastes just like a green Jolly Rancher, which sounds amazing.

The first taste of Starbucks’ latest refresher comes to us from @JunkFoodontheGo. The commenters immediately fell in love with that green hue, and we can’t blame ’em. Just looking at this drink makes us thirsty!

You Starbucks regulars may know that Starbucks typically carries a max of three refreshers at a time. When the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher was unveiled, Starbucks put the Cool Lime Refresher (the truly underrated MVP) to bed. Now, customers are speculating Very Berry Hibiscus will be the next to go, though Starbucks hasn’t confirmed or denied any suspicions.

Here’s how to make Starbucks refreshers at home.

Put Your Order in at Starbucks ASAP

There’s no telling if the Kiwi Starfruit Refresher is a permanent addition to the menu or just a summer fling, so if your store has this guy on the menu, you’ll want to order as soon as you can. You can also kick the kiwi up a notch with a splash of coconut milk instead of water to create the Star Drink (or what we like to call the Green Drink).

We can’t wait to give this summer drink a try!
