The country is slowly beginning to reopen its doors to the public. While we’re continuing to do our part by social distancing and wearing masks, that doesn’t mean we can’t still get a little excited. Especially for those close to Disney Springs! The Starbucks inside this magical neighborhood has officially reopened and is selling a special ‘Welcome Back’ drink to celebrate.
What’s in This Bright Pink Drink?
What’s better than a Starbucks drink you already love? A new Starbucks drink you haven’t tried yet! The ‘Welcome Back’ drink at the Disney Springs Starbucks looks like a Frappuccino, but has a few different components. The base of the drink is a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher (to give it that lovely pink) blended with coconut milk, strawberries, blueberries and pineapple ginger syrup. It’s topped with pretty golden ginger whipped cream. Nothing kicks off summer like a fruity drink of epic proportions, right?
Over on Instagram, @disneyfoodblog shows off the drink in all its glory:
Starbucks has always been known for its creative drink combinations, and this new drink is no different. This particular recipe isn’t available across the country just yet, but if we’re lucky, maybe it will travel sooner rather than later.
Time to Make Your Own Magic
Looking at anything bright pink makes me feel like a Disney princess, and you know what? I think a lot of us could use that feeling right about now. Even if you’re not in the Disney Springs area, that doesn’t mean you still can’t improvise with your own secret menu concoction! Pick up a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher from your local Starbucks and blend in the rest of the ingredients yourself. This drink is best enjoyed while watching Disney+ at home!
