We all have our favorite Christmas traditions, like cookie recipes we bake every year, must-watch holiday movies and decorations we’re itching to bring out. And for many of us, an Advent calendar is a holiday essential. There’s something special about counting down the days to December 25.
Of course, the most wonderful time of the year is even more magical with Disney. We’re elated to hear Disney is bringing back its Advent calendar lineup this year, in three styles. Here’s what the Mouse has in store.
What Disney Advent Calendars Are Available?
Disney has fans of its most popular franchises covered with this trio. The new releases include Disney Princesses, Marvel characters and a Disney-Pixar mashup, which appears to cover everything from animated classics to Mickey and the gang.
From what we can tell, Disney has kept the format the same, so each day will have a Christmas mini-storybook to read together. There are 24 books in each Disney storybook Advent calendar, one for each day from December 1 until December 24.
How Much Do They Cost?
Thankfully, this Christmas cheer won’t break the bank. You can find Disney storybook Advent calendars for $29.99 on Amazon. They’re currently available for preorder and will be released on October 26, 2021.
