Starbucks Just Updated Its 2021 Spring Menu, and We’re Seeing Brand-New Beverages

Spring is just around the corner, and Starbucks is definitely bringing in fresh flavors. The coffee giant has already introduced some ridiculously good items for 2021 with its major menu update in January (including the much-talked-about Pistachio Latte).

Now, the ‘bucks is adding two new plant-based drinks to its menu this month, along with some tumblers that we can’t wait to get our hands on!

What’s on the Starbucks Spring Menu?

Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

Made with Starbucks Blonde espresso, cinnamon and brown sugar, then topped off with oat milk, this drink is basically a hug in a mug. Plus, it’s a great chance for Starbucks to show off their brand-new partnership with Oatly oat milk.

Iced Chocolate Almondmilk Shaken Espresso

If you’re more of a chocolate person, this drink packs a punch with Starbucks Blonde espresso, cocoa and notes of malt, all topped off with creamy almond milk. If you prefer a more basic blend, check out the Iced Shaken Espresso (which replaced Starbucks’ Double Shot on Ice).

Honey Oatmilk Latte

Don’t forget to check out the Honey Oatmilk Latte, too. It’s made with Starbucks Blonde espresso, oat milk and toasted honey topping, and sounds like a sweeeeet way to start your day.

Odyssey Blend

Next, we’ve got the brand-new Odyssey Blend, featuring notes of tangerine zest and sweet marzipan, with a chocolaty body followed by a wild honey finish. We’re definitely looking forward to this one.

There Will Be New Merch, Too

Of course, you can bet we’ll investing in brand-new Starbucks tumblers, like the gorgeous gold-studded gold cup that’ll have you feeling like royalty. They’ve also introduced two tumblers with illustrations of the famous Starbucks mermaid, backed by reflective springtime colors.

Last but not least, you can feel like you’ve had a good snack with the Chickpea Bites and Avocado Protein Box, which has chickpea bites, fresh veggies, roasted nuts, dried cranberries and avocado spread, adding up to 15g of protein. This is a welcome addition to Starbucks’ nationwide plant-based menu after the introduction of the Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich last year.

If you lean more keto than plant-based, take a look at these keto-friendly Starbucks drinks.

When Should I Get in Line?

Head over now! The new plant-based drinks and the Protein Box were available in stores starting March 2. But if you were eyeing the Odyssey Blend, it’ll take a while longer—it’s not due to release until March 30.

We’d suggest getting in quick, because the gold-studded cups are sure to fly off the shelves. And if you’re looking to add more to your merch collection, check out our favorite Starbucks cold cups.
