It’s the Most Versatile Breakfast Ever
Ramen has always been a quick and easy lunch/dinner option, but breakfast? It’s not as crazy as it sounds!
Regular ramen is loaded up with veggies, meat and a pickled boiled egg—and you can do the same here. Stir-fried veggies like mushrooms or peppers would be a great option, with aromatics like leeks or onions for the base. Add some diced ham, sausages, breakfast patties or, of course, the classic bacon, throw on a boiled or fried egg and you’ve got a tasty breakfast.
