You can always count on TikTok to teach you something new. This week we were shocked when we learned that you can actually buy a sheet cake at McDonald’s. But many McDonald’s employees didn’t even know about the cakes, so we bet this is new news to you, too.

TikTok user @kayrock93 surprised everyone when she uploaded a video of her visiting her local McDonald’s and purchasing a celebratory sheet cake. Packed in a white cardboard box, the sponge cake—available in your choice of chocolate or vanilla—is covered in vanilla frosting and features an image of Ronald McDonald in the center.

How Can I Get One?
McDonald’s off-menu sheet cakes are available for just $9. While the price might be right, there is a catch—the cakes aren’t available at every location. It’s up to local management to decide if they want to offer them at their store.
There’s only one way to find out…swing by your local McDonald’s and ask. Don’t be surprised if the employees aren’t entirely sure what you’re talking about. Up until this week, this cake seems to be one of the-best kept McDonald’s secrets.
