If you’re anything like us, you’re always on the hunt for the perfect dessert to satisfy that after-dinner sweet craving. We’ve already found Costco’s giant tiramisu cake and the Sam’s Club 4-pound cheesecake sampler, so it’s safe to say that huge desserts are the flavor of the season. Well, it turns out Baileys wants in on the trend, because a 1.75 pound (yep, you read that right) Baileys Layer Cake has just been spotted!

With two layers of Irish cream-flavored sponge cake topped off by Baileys icing and cake crumbles, this dessert is decadent (and we’re not complaining!). If you look closely, you can even spot some chocolate chips on top, and you know there’s no better combination than chocolate and coffee. If you want to amp up the Irish cream flavor, you could even top it off with your own bag of Baileys baking chips.
If you’re doing dry January, have no fear—this cake is completely non-alcoholic, though it apparently tastes exactly like the real thing, just without the kick. If you want to add a buzz, we recommend pairing a slice of this cake with a coffee and cream martini.

If you live in eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland or Delaware, you’re in luck—this layer cake has been spotted at Redner’s Warehouse Markets. It’s also available on grocery and specialty websites like Fresh Direct and Great Spirits Baking Company for $20.
We’re hoping it pops up at our nearest grocery store soon, but if not, we’ll be trying our hand at one of these Irish cream desserts, or picking up a box of Baileys cupcake and brownie mixes to whip up at home!
