Cracker Barrel is pulling out all the stops to make sure Thanksgiving is extra festive this year. Not only is Cracker Barrel selling inexpensive heat-and-serve Thanksgiving dinners, they’re also making their second ever appearance in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The parade will look a little different this year, but Cracker Barrel’s float will be more festive than ever, featuring a performance from the one and only Dolly Parton!
In honor of the performance, Dolly and Cracker Barrel are teaming up to give away a special Dolly Parton prize pack.
This Prize Pack Might Be the Best Part of 2020
Everyone can tune in to watch the parade, starting at 9 a.m. on November 26. But only a few lucky fans will receive the Dolly Parton prize package, which includes two $100 gift cards—one from Cracker Barrel and one from Macy’s. But the best part of this prize package doesn’t come in an envelope. You can also win a limited-edition pink rocking chair signed by Dolly herself. A Dolly autograph is its own gift, but this pink rocking chair is truly something else. I’m already daydreaming about sitting in it on the porch, listening to Dolly croon in the background.
In addition to releasing a brand-new Christmas musical this year, Dolly Parton has also produced her first holiday album in 30 years—A Holly Dolly Christmas. At the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, Dolly will be performing music from the new holiday album. The prize package will also include a copy of the album for the lucky winners!
How to Get in on This Contest
All you have to do to throw your hat in the ring for that rocking chair is share your favorite holiday tradition on Cracker Barrel’s Shared Traditions site. The contest is open from November 9 until November 17, and each person only gets one submission, so hurry! While you’re at it, enter our Thanksgiving Sides Reimagined Contest. After all, you can never have enough prizes.
