This Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream Recipe Is TOO Easy to Make at Home

Fall is right around the corner, and you know what that means: pumpkin everything. Starbucks kicked off spooky season earlier than ever this year with the 2020 debut of its PSL and the rest of the fall menu. The Starbucks secret menu is turning orange, too, thanks to all of these PSL-inspired recipes.

But if you’re looking to finish off your at-home Pumpkin Spice Latte, start with this recipe. Starbucks-inspired Pumpkin Spice whipped cream is too sweet to pass up. (And its oh-so-easy to make at home.)

How to Make Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream

The recipe you’ve been looking for has been right under your nose the whole time! It’s stamped on the side of every bag of Starbucks Pumpkin Spice ground coffee, but TotallytheBomb decided to spare you a trip to the store by sharing the recipe. What’s better is you more than likely have all of these ingredients in your pantry.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup whipping cream (preferably in a chilled bowl)
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • A pinch of salt

Just whip all of that up with a whisk until stiff peaks form, and voila! The Pumpkin Spice whipped cream your annual pumpkin pie deserves.

It’s Not Just for Lattes

Pumpkin Spice whipped cream takes less than ten minutes to make, and it tastes as amazing as it sounds on all sorts of dishes. Just make sure you don’t whisk for too long—you’ll want that whipped cream melt-in-your-mouth (or your coffee) soft. Bring fall to the breakfast table with whipped cream on your homemade pancakes, or drop a dollop of it onto these dreamy dessert recipes.
