The Cheesecake Factory has been treating us right all 2020, rolling out new goodies from the Chocolate Caramelicious Cheesecake to these decadent single-serve pudding cups. But our favorite part—like you could have guessed—are the recipes. We have The Cheesecake Factory to thank for all of our dinner plans courtesy of the online cookbook, and it just expanded by one more indulgent recipe.
The Cheesecake Factory rolled out the online recipe for Lemon-Ricotta Pancakes just in time for National Pancake Day (Saturday, September 26). We’re craving nothing else this Saturday morning.
Breakfast Doesn’t Get Sweeter Than This
As much as we love a steaming stack of fluffy buttermilk pancakes, this is the recipe we’re saving for a special occasion. In honor of National Pancake Day, The Cheesecake Factory is treating us to a breakfast that’s both creamy and zesty. The Lemon-Ricotta Pancakes recipe makes about eight servings and is arguably one of the easier recipes on their roster.
The ingredients include things you’re likely to have in your pantry, like all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, just to name a few. You may have to do a small grocery haul for the less common items, like fresh ricotta cheese and minced lemon zest, but that’s all part of the fun of a fancy breakfast. What’s wrong with a little splurging on Saturday morning, anyway?
