How to Make White Claw Popsicles for a Sweet and Boozy Summer

We’ve been keeping cool this summer with White Claw slushies. But that TikTok recipe had us thinking, what about White Claw popsicles? Turns out, they’re simple to make, although you do need to have the patience to let them freeze first. (The wait is totally worth it!)

Sure, you could pour the White Claw into a popsicle mold and call it a day. But we recommend adding fruit to the mix. Choose a fruit that complements the flavor of the hard seltzer. If you like your popsicles a little on the sweet side, stir in a tablespoon of simple syrup before transferring the mixture into the popsicle molds.

How to Make White Claw Popsicles

This recipe makes six popsicles. We’re pairing pineapple White Claw with pineapple chunks. You can do the same thing with strawberry, cherry or any other flavor!

Instructions

Step 1: Puree the fruit

Add the fresh pineapple chunks to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. If you’d like to add simple syrup, stir it gently into the pureed fruit.

Spoon the pureed pineapple evenly into six popsicle molds. (You’ll use about a tablespoon of pureed fruit per popsicle mold.)

Step 2: Make it sparkle

Pour the White Claw hard seltzer into each popsicle mold, stopping just below the fill line. (Don’t overfill; the liquid will expand when it freezes.)

Step 3: Freeze

Pop the top onto the popsicle mold and add a wooden stick to each popsicle. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Step 4: Enjoy!

Run warm water over the popsicle molds to help the popsicles release. Then eat!

These boozy popsicles are for adults only, but if you’re looking for family-friendly DIY popsicle instructions, we’ve got those for you, too!
