Hostess Is Rolling Out New S’Mores Cupcakes

There’s nothing quite like a cozy summer evening around the fire filling up on your summertime favorites, namely s’mores. You can even kick your s’mores game up a notch with these tasty add-ins or by packing your favorite cheesecake recipe with all things chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker. But what if you didn’t have to make s’mores yourself?

Hostess is releasing what might be the best cupcake flavor to date—S’Mores Cupcakes! It’s the ideal summer treat, especially on those nights when the rain douses your campfire or the wind just won’t cooperate.

We Can’t Stop Craving These S’Mores

We’re suckers for a good Hostess cupcake, and as long as the roster keeps growing, we’ll definitely keep indulging. The latest Hostess creation combines graham cracker sponge cake and a toasty marshmallow filling that tastes just like your favorite summertime snack. It’s all topped off with chocolate icing and those signature white loop-de-loops. Who couldn’t crave these?!

Each box includes eight oh-so-satisfying cakes good enough to share—all without the extra work of collecting ingredients and dealing with a serious case of sticky-hand. The only question is: will Hostess’ new S’Mores Cupcakes take the (literal) cake over Iced Lemon?

When and Where to Snag a Box for Yourself

If you’ve got the summertime bug for s’mores, you’re not alone. Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait until July 9 to get your hands on Hostess S’Mores Cupcakes. They’ll be available exclusively at Walmart locations across the country for $2.68 a pop, which is a pretty tasty deal for all this goodness.

Keep in mind these cupcakes are limited edition, so once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. Make sure to throw these decadent cakes into your online grocery cart during your weekly shop before supplies run out. Thanks to Hostess, this is guaranteed to be one sweet summer.
