Aldi is quickly becoming our go-to source for summer beverages. This beloved grocery chain brought back its famous pineapple mimosa and wine-based margaritas, but that’s not all. Aldi’s latest offering is worthy of a celebration.
You can now buy Aldi sangria for less than $6 a pop. We’ll take two!
What Do We Know About the Sangria?
Whether you’re a white wine lover or red wine lover, you’re in luck because these Sangriana-brand beverages are available in both red and white. They’re also imported from Spain, so you know they’re legit.
The sangrias are 7% alcohol, so they make a perfect light summer sipper. Plus, each 1.5L bottle retails for just $5.99, so there’s no reason you can’t try them both. Sangria is traditionally served chilled over ice and fruit. You can pour this sangria directly into glasses for individual servings or pour it into a pitcher with ice and sliced apples and oranges for extra fruit flavor.
Want to try your hand at creating your own sangria recipe? All you need is a bottle of wine, a cup of brandy and your favorite cut fruit. You can mix things up with limes, pineapple or peaches.
Of Course Aldi Sangria Is Seasonal
Like many of the latest tempting, fruity drinks, this sangria is seasonal. Once the warm weather disappears, these wines will too, so pick them up while you can. You can look for the sangria on your weekly grocery run, but keep in mind that Aldi also offers delivery via Instacart!

Sangria is a Spanish drink of wine mixed with fruit juice, Sherry or brandy, cut fruit and spices. It's best to mix this up and let it sit for an hour or more before serving so all the flavors of the fruit and wine blend together. —Taste of Home Test Kitchen, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
