Starburst Swirlers Are Here to Change the Way You Snack

Starbursts are well known for their flavor-combining possibilities. And, let’s admit it, we’ve all taken a simultaneous bite out of two different candies to make “lemon-strawberry” or “cherry-orange.” There’s no shame in that!

Last year, the company introduced Starburst Duos, which did the hard work of mashing the flavors together for us. The only problem with Duos, though, was that they didn’t combine the classic flavors. Now, Starburst has answered our prayers with new Starburst Swirlers.

What Are Starburst Swirlers?

This new offering from Starburst fixes two problems: they allow you to get a bite of two classic flavors without popping multiple squares in your mouth and they’re bigger than the original treats.

The swirlers are available in combos of cherry-strawberry, lemon-cherry and strawberry-orange, and our mouths are already watering. I mean, just look at them:

Best of all, they’re individually wrapped in stick form, so there’s no need to worry about cracking your jaw on stale Starbursts later. Each package comes with eight swirlers, and there’s 120 calories per serving.

Where Can I Find Them?

Supposedly, these treats are going to be available at Wal-Mart starting in April. But in this time of quarantine and social distancing, we’re going to be shopping online and we recommend you do, too. After all, isn’t everything better when it just shows up on your doorstep?

P.S. If you’re looking for things to do besides watching Netflix and sleeping on the couch, we’ve got you covered. Check out our handy hints for those stuck inside. If you’ve suddenly found yourself with more free time than usual, get cooking and take a free, online pasta-making class. Or watch Broadway shows from home. There’s plenty to do while you wait for your Starburst Swirlers to arrive!
