Japan takes cherry blossom season seriously—and now Starbucks Japan has taken cherry blossom mania to new heights. They rolled out some of the most beautiful products we’ve ever seen!
What’s in the Cherry Blossom Collection?
First, Starbucks Japan has reusable cup sets in pastel colors decorated with a subtle cherry blossom motif. There’s also a drawstring bag with the same pattern to carry them around, plus a picnic mat for sipping and snacking in the great outdoors. Who wouldn’t want these beautiful tumblers?
You can buy reusable mugs, cups and tumblers, too. Everything has the same cherry blossom pattern, and we can’t get over how stunning it is.
That’s not all, though. Starbucks Japan also whipped up beverages to commemorate sakura, aka cherry blossom season. The most impressive drink is a Pink Sakura Milk Pudding Frappuccino that uses cherry leaf extract and is decorated with a rice cracker molded to resemble flower petals.
Can I Get This in the US?
We don’t have access to Japan’s cherry blossom collection right now. But we do have new pretty pink Starbucks merch of our own. In particular, the dusty rose studded tumbler has taken Instagram by storm.
Even though we can only dream about the sakura drinks in Japan, Starbucks rolled out its 2020 spring menu here earlier this month. We’re already sold on the new Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink. If you have your heart set on a beverage the color of cherry blossoms, there’s always the colorful Pink Drink!
