The warm, refined environment at Faith and Flower will be sure to impress your date. Their three-course meal for the night includes appetizer options like marinated hearts of palm and confit duck leg. Your entree choices will be salmon, chicken breast, beets and greens or braised short rib. Save room dessert: Chocolaty fondue topped with fruits, marshmallows and cookies for dipping.
Colorado
Royal Gorge Route, Canon City
The Royal Gorge Route is not your typical dinner, but it will definitely make for a memorable experience. Reservations are required at Columbus Inn’s Valentine’s Day dinner, and the regular and happy hour menus will not be available. Instead, diners will be treated to four-course meals with a wine pairing available to add. Not a fan of wine? Try their specialty cocktails: Love Potion #9 or the Blood Orange Cosmo. Champagne is available by the bottle, and dessert will feature seasonal selections. If you are wine fan, make sure you know the best wineries around.

It’s fitting that Amanda’s is located in the city where Frank Sinatra was born—it has every bit the sultry appeal as Ol’ Blue Eyes’ most memorable songs.
