The big day is almost here, and if your SO is a sucker for Starbucks, here’s what they need for Valentine’s Day: a Strawberry Cold Brew!
What’s in the Strawberry Cold Brew?
The new Strawberry Cold Brew combines the caffeine punch of iced coffee with the subtly sweet flavors of white mocha and raspberry. All you have to do is order a Cold Brew with Sweet Cream Cold Foam and mix in your favorite flavors, typically mocha, or white mocha and raspberry (two pumps each for a Venti). To get the romantic pink foam, have the barista add a splash of Strawberry Puree, and voila! It’s the creamy delight even Cupid would envy.
The recipe first hit Instagram via faithful foodie and Starbucks lover @ThatKnoxvilleGirl. Fans everywhere instantly fell in love, and we can’t blame them! We’re falling a little head over heels, ourselves.

The best part about the Strawberry Cold Brew is that it’s not a temporary addition. The ingredients included in this secret menu sipper are available every day at Starbucks. Cold Brew is steeped daily, and white mocha and raspberry are year-round syrups that never go out of style.
What does this beverage cost? Well, a Venti Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew costs around $4.75. That said, the Strawberry Cold Brew includes flavor additions, as well as Strawberry Puree in the foam, so you may be looking at steep price for this secret menu drink. Still, we’re happy to give it a try if it means getting a taste of Valentine’s Day.
