Jolly Rancher Cereal Is a Thing—Here’s What You Need to Know

Waking in up in the morning is about to get MUCH easier. With so many options in the cereal aisle, it can be hard to pick a favorite, but we’ve found one that might skyrocket to the top of your list. Now you can enjoy the fruity taste of Jolly Ranchers for breakfast!

It’s almost as sweet as Cotton Candy Cap’n Crunch.

How Does This Cereal Taste. Though?

Jolly Rancher cereal contains all five classic flavors of the hard candy: Watermelon, Green Apple, Blue Raspberry, Grape and Cherry. Even parents that say no candy for breakfast might make an exception for this.

The review from food Instagrammer @i_need_a_snack says this cereal tastes kind of like Trix “with a slighttt flavor difference.” The post also mentions that it’s good in a bowl with milk or as a dry snack. We’re sold.

This isn’t the first time that Jolly Rancher flavors have appeared in other food products. In 2017, a line of brightly colored Pop Tarts was released in three frosted flavors. Cherry had a tart cherry filling, Green Apple had a “sweetly sour apple” inside and Watermelon was a sweet homage to the classic fruit. We wonder what breakfast item they’ll release next!

Did you try Pop Tarts cereal this year?

Where to Find It

Head to your local Walmart location ASAP. That is where you can find Jolly Rancher cereal exclusively for the next 60 days, according to Delish. General Mills confirmed this delight will become more widely available in March 2020. Each box will cost between $3.99 and $4.99, so it’s definitely worth the splurge.
