If there’s one thing that gets us moving in the morning, it’s a box of fresh doughnuts from Krispy Kreme. The sweet treat giant has been waking us up on the right side of the bed all year with morning munchies like fruit-inspired and kreme-filled glazed doughnuts. Just when we thought Krispy Kreme couldn’t get any more delicious, they proved us wrong.
Krispy Kreme Officially Has Reese’s Doughnuts!
Krispy Kreme has gone all out for chocolate and peanut butter fans with two different flavors. For those more partial to peanut butter, you can snag a dozen of Reese’s Original Filled Peanut Butter Lover’s Doughnuts. For you chocoholics, Reese’s Original Filled Chocolate Lover’s Doughnuts are sure to satisfy.
Each doughnut is absolutely packed with your favorite fillings, more or less of each flavor depending on the variety you prefer. (Think of it like the Reese’s DQ Blizzards, but in doughnut form.) What’s better is they both come glazed like your original morning go-to, and they look as delicious as they taste.
Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time Reese’s and Krispy Kreme have collaborated to make a delicious, peanut buttery doughnut. In 2016, a Reese’s peanut butter cup doughnut was released (and promptly snatched up) in Australia, and Americans wanted it—bad. Now, according to Krispy Kreme’s chief marketing officer, Dave Skena, “If the technology exists to fill a Krispy Kreme doughnut with Reese’s Peanut Butter Kreme and Chocolate Kreme, then how could we not offer that to America? Well, it does. So we are.” We don’t have the words to thank you, Mr. Skena.

If you love Reese’s as much as you love doughnuts, you need to get to Krispy Kreme ASAP. The new flavors officially launched today, on August 5. If Australia’s Krispy Kreme craze was as intense as it sounds, these doughnuts will disappear in the blink of an eye. It’s better to get in early and get your hands on them before anyone else can snatch up your new favorite doughnut!
