There’s nothing like a doughnut to get ahead of a busy morning, and no one does doughnuts like Krispy Kreme. Now you can kick off your mornings or afternoons and evenings (we don’t judge) with the sticky sweet taste of summer.
Our favorite doughnut shop, Krispy Kreme, has just rolled out three new flavors for the season. We can’t decide whether we love the look or the taste more.
They’re Fruity and Delicious
The summertime doughnut lineup includes fruit flavors like strawberry, pineapple and key lime. (And you know how much we love our key lime.) Each doughnut is filled to the brim with fruit-flavored cream that practically screams summer.
Not only are they delicious, but they’re cute, too! Each doughnut is hand-iced to reflect its flavor and look absolutely party-ready. Decorate your tables with crosshatched pineapples, dotted strawberries and picture-perfect key limes. Speaking of summer parties, here’s your guide to planning the best summer block party ever.
Krispy Kreme beat out this popular chain for the title of best coffee shop brand.
This Is a Limited Time Offer
Like all the sunshine that comes with our favorite season, these adorable doughnuts won’t be around for too long. Krispy Kreme’s summer promotion began on May 6, and the new flavors will be wiped from the menu on June 16. You’ve got about a month to get into your local Krispy Kreme and grab some of these unique doughnuts for yourself.
Krispy Kreme also debuted its returning champion, Lemon Glaze, in late April, but the fan favorite was only around for about a week. But, like the other fruity flavors, we have a feeling Lemon Glaze might be making a quick comeback very soon.
