Dairy Queen has all sorts of holiday Blizzards—and we couldn’t be more excited! The Pumpkin Pie Blizzard captured our hearts back in September, so we’re all ready for the seasonal new flavor(s).
Here’s everything you need to know about DQ’s popular treats:
The Candy Cane Chill Blizzard Is Back
DQ is bringing back a holiday favorite: the Candy Cane Chill Blizzard. It’s made with a refreshing combo of real peppermint candy cane pieces and choco chunks blended with DQ’s vanilla soft serve ice cream. Look for the Candy Cane Chill beginning December 3 at select locations.
For more fresh flavor, check out some vintage peppermint-flavored dessert recipes for the holidays.
But If You Enjoy Hot Chocolate…
You might want to treat yourself with a cool cup of hot cocoa. You read that right! The super-chocolatey Oreo Hot Cocoa Blizzard is made with real Oreo cookie pieces mixed with cocoa fudge and then blended together with Dairy Queen vanilla soft serve. It’s topped with whipped cream, of course.
Your DQ might also have the Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Blizzard, which sounds a-maze-ing.
Where to Buy a Blizzard
The seasonal Blizzards are offered in four sizes, including the popular Mini. You can only find the Candy Cane Chill and other holiday treats at participating Dairy Queen locations for a limited time, though! Remember—Blizzards should be served upside down or the next one is free.
